Special Events

As a non-profit organization, the ETBA organizes several special events every year.  These events not only provide funds for the association, they also allow for networking opportunities for members.  100% of the Sporting Clays net proceeds benefit the James H. Builders, Boats & Bass Fishing Tournament

Slated for the last Saturday in April, the Builders, Boats & Bass Fishing Tournament, which is open to the public, is sure to get everyone out to the Lake O’ the Pines.

The 3rd Annual ETBA Fishing Tournament will be Saturday, April 26th and you can launch at any boat ramp on Lake O’ the Pines. First cast at 6 AM; lunch and weigh in will take place at Island View from 1-3 PM. Click here to register.

Sporting Clays Tournament

Each August the East Texas Builders Association puts on a Sporting Clays Tournament fundraiser for the ETBA Scholarship Fund. All proceeds go directly to providing scholarships for members children. The tournament is open to the public.

The 2024 Sporting Clays Tournament will be Saturday, August 24th @ 5H Shooting Sports, registration begins at 7:30 AM; start time is 8 AM. Click here to register.

Golf Tournament

Each year in October, the East Texas Builders Association holds a Golf Tournament, which is open to the public.

The 2024 Golf Tournament will be Monday, October 7th at Tempest Golf Club, registration begins at 12:30 PM; tournament begins at 1:30 PM. Click here to register.

Parade of Homes™

Each Spring and Fall, the Longview area Parade of Homes™ showcases the latest in home design. Home and Design Show

Each year in February, the East Texas Builders Association puts on The Home & Design Show at The Maude Cobb Convention Center. The 2025 Home & Design Show will be from Friday, February 14, 2024 through Sunday, February 16, 2024.
