The Event Center on Alpine was built in 2009 and is the perfect venue for your upcoming celebration or business meeting. We are conveniently located at 2023 Alpine Rd., near Loop 281, Hwy. 259/Eastman Rd., shopping, dining and hotels. Our beautiful facility accommodates up to 280 guest; however, a smaller group of 40-100 will also feel quite comfortable. We have excellent, ample, well-lit concrete parking for your guest. The covered drive, one level flooring & wide glass doors offer wonderful handicap accessibility.
Rental packages include many amenities and rates are determined by the number of hours your guest are present. For example if your guest are scheduled to attend from 5:00 – 10:00 PM, we will quote you for a 5 hour rental. Apart from your rental hours, you will still be able to access the building earlier for decorating and later for removing your decorations, etc. Our rates include all of our amenities… use of the tables, chairs, catering kitchen, professional sound system, built-in video projector and built-in wide screen. Set up of tables and chairs for up to 160 people is included with rate and is customized to fit your event.
We have stayed current with updates to better serve our rental clientele- including updating to LED dimmable lighting. If you plan to have guest that will appreciate ease of access… the covered drive, one level flooring & wide glass doors offer wonderful handicap accessibility.
